Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
· Support execution of business programs, initiatives, and deliverables with moderate complexity
o Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into execution plans
o Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes across assigned initiatives
o Prepare analysis, presentations, and reporting materials for leadership
o Coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery

Key Requirements:
· Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Direct experience overseeing and tracking multiple technology systems changes concurrently thru a change delivery / program structure is required.
2. Excellent communication (written verbal) skills and a willingness to ask deep probing questions in a highly technical environment are essential.
3. Must possess a date-driven focus and be comfortable proactively identifying and raising potential risk to delivery in a very fast paced organization.
4. Experience preparing content for inclusion in executive presentations needed. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft PPT, SharePoint and Excel
5. Development and execution of technology-focused testing. May include testing progress reporting, including script execution, defect remediation and similar. A working knowledge of JIRA and Octane is beneficial
