Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile and contribute to large-scale planning related to Scrum Master deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Scrum Master challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Scrum Master deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Will be part of the market infrastructure transformation program.
- Day to day will involve making sure team follows the ceremonies.
- Will make sure Jira is aligning to enterprise standard.
- Coaching team to follow framework as needed.
- Support team in activities. Support team in aligning to their assigned product.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Strong background in Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies as a Scrum Master.
- Must be a Certified Scrum Master
- Experience with Jira (required)
- Experience with Confluence (required)
- Capital Markets or Financial services background (nice to have)
- Experience with PowerBI (nice to have)
