Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to support access management functions within our data lake environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring secure, timely, and efficient access provisioning while coordinating project activities and onboarding new technology solutions and tenants.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative professional who thrives in cross-functional environments and is comfortable working with technical teams, security organizations, and business stakeholders to enable seamless and compliant technology adoption.
Responsibilities:
Access Management Support
Manage and track access requests for the data lake environment, ensuring timely provisioning and adherence to security policies
Partner with security and technical teams to enforce governance and compliance requirements
Monitor and support access controls and audit readiness
Project Coordination & Delivery
Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
Track dependencies, risks, and milestones to ensure successful execution
Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders
Technology & Tenant Onboarding
Facilitate onboarding of new technology solutions and tenants into the data lake ecosystem
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by coordinating across engineering, security, and business teams
Develop and maintain onboarding processes and checklists
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and security partners
Ensure clear communication and alignment across all parties
Support issue resolution and escalation as needed
Documentation & Governance
Maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, workflows, and onboarding guides
Support governance processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards
Contribute to continuous improvement of access management and onboarding practices
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or similar role
Experience working with data platforms, cloud environments, or access management processes preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with data lake environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, or similar) (preferred)
Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts (preferred)
Experience working with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks (preferred)
Proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar) (preferred)
