This program is in its early stages, with a rapidly growing inventory of 8,000 procedural artifacts and only a small portion formally reviewed to date. This role will serve as a foundational leader in defining how procedure quality is measured, governed, and scaled, with a strong focus on leveraging AI to transform how procedural content is evaluated and improved.
This is not an authoring role—it is an editorial and QA leadership role. You will act as a writing authority and thought leader, responsible for evaluating content quality, building repeatable QA methodologies, and driving the adoption of AI as a force multiplier
You will also serve as a visible champion for AI, helping establish a positive, practical, and forward-looking approach to AI adoption across the organization.
Responsibilities:
QA Program & Editorial Leadership
Lead the development and maturation of a scalable QA program for procedure governance.
Establish and apply structured frameworks to evaluate, rate, and quantify procedure quality, including readability, usability, and governance alignment.
Serve as the primary editorial authority, ensuring procedural content meets writing standards, governance requirements, and user needs.
Evaluate content objectively and provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve clarity, consistency, and effectiveness.
Drive improvements in content readability and usability across procedural artifacts.
AI Transformation & Innovation
Lead the design, testing, and implementation of AI-enabled solutions to support procedure evaluation and improvement.
Develop and refine AI prompts that produce high-quality, standardized outputs aligned with procedural governance standards.
Act as a thought leader in applying AI to writing and QA, continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.
Partner closely with technology teams to implement AI capabilities using tools such as Copilot, Power Automate/Apps, and SharePoint.
Help shape the AI strategy for procedural governance, including how AI is embedded into workflows and systems of record.
Adoption, Training & Advocacy
Serve as the face of AI transformation within the Procedure COE, promoting adoption and building confidence in AI tools.
Establish a positive and practical narrative around AI, reinforcing that AI enhances—rather than replaces—human expertise.
Provide training and guidance to writers and stakeholders on using AI tools and improving content quality.
Partner with global stakeholders to ensure consistent standards regardless of content ownership.
Program Execution & Governance
Manage multiple workstreams supporting QA reviews across business groups.
Support governance of procedural content stored in the system of record and SharePoint, including ownership of COE spaces.
Collaborate across teams to ensure a consistent, scalable approach to procedure quality and governance.
