Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Responsibilities:
This role will be working front line communication platforms, monitoring communications.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Familiarity with communications archiving & surveillance platforms implementation and their integration with communication channels.
- Experience with delivery of large projects in Finacial Services environment.
- Ability to map current vs. future state processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance obligations related to electronic communications surveillance.
- Experience managing complex technology implementations using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Proactive in identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and issues.
- Experience of handling of sensitive communications data, including retention, archiving, and auditability in line with internal policies and regulatory mandates.
