Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and project leadership to support the LoanIQ migration program.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support technical solution development.
- Coordinate and participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user story development.
- Support data migration activities, validation processes, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and oversee system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect management activities.
- Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of LoanIQ functionality.
- Provide project updates, risk identification, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Assist with production readiness activities, deployment planning, and post-migration support.

- 7 years of Business Systems Analysis, Business Systems Design, or related experience.
- 7 years Hands-on experience and strong expertise with the LoanIQ platform.
- Agile Business Analyst experience supporting technology or product delivery initiatives.
- Experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and system requirements.
- Experience supporting large-scale system implementations, migrations, or transformation programs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Techno-functional background with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
- Experience with data migration, conversion, and validation activities.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
