Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Consultant with deep LoanIQ product expertise and strong Business Analyst experience within Agile technology environments. This role will support a large-scale LoanIQ migration initiative, serving as a key liaison between business and technology teams to ensure successful migration, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of functional and technical knowledge, enabling them to analyze business requirements, support solution design, oversee testing efforts, and drive successful delivery throughout the migration lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and project leadership to support the LoanIQ migration program.
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support technical solution development.
Coordinate and participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user story development.
Support data migration activities, validation processes, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead and oversee system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect management activities.
Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of LoanIQ functionality.
Provide project updates, risk identification, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
Assist with production readiness activities, deployment planning, and post-migration support.
Qualifications:

7 years of Business Systems Analysis, Business Systems Design, or related experience.
7 years Hands-on experience and strong expertise with the LoanIQ platform.
Agile Business Analyst experience supporting technology or product delivery initiatives.
Experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and system requirements.
Experience supporting large-scale system implementations, migrations, or transformation programs.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Techno-functional background with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
Experience with data migration, conversion, and validation activities.
Knowledge of testing methodologies.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
