Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Delivery Lead for initiatives within the Lending Ecosystem & Integrations product, reporting into leadership under Yalena.
- Drive Agile ways of working, including facilitating sprint ceremonies, backlog coordination, and cross-team alignment.
- Manage delivery plans across multiple dependent workstreams tied to nCino and Loan IQ migration programs.
- Coordinate integration points between Loan Accounting and Loan Delivery platforms, ensuring timelines, risks, and requirements are clearly communicated.
- Translate technical and data-integration requirements into clear business impacts for stakeholders.
- Oversee status reporting, RAID log management, and delivery health metrics for leadership and partners.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Data, and Business teams to ensure all upstream/downstream dependencies are understood and managed.
- Identify risks related to data flow, exposure, and integration readiness, escalating appropriately.
- Ensure product and integration work aligns with Commercial Banking goals and regulatory expectations.
- Promote Agile best practices and help teams optimize flow, transparency, and predictable delivery outcomes.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Experience delivering within Agile product models, including familiarity with ceremonies, backlog management, and iterative delivery.
- Strong experience using Jira for workflow tracking, reporting, and dependency management.
- Background in Financial Services, preferably within Commercial Banking.
- Proven ability to coordinate across product, technology, and business functions in a matrixed environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to translate complex data/integration issues into business terms.
- Solid understanding of data flows, system dependencies, and integration impacts (hands-on technical experience not required).
- Demonstrated ability to assess delivery risks and impacts across multi-team initiatives.
- Experience supporting Loan Accounting or Loan Delivery workstreams. (preferred)
- Familiarity with nCino or Loan IQ (LIQ) platforms—conceptual understanding is sufficient. (preferred)
- Experience managing large-scale migration, conversion, or integration programs. (preferred)
- Prior delivery leadership within Commercial Banking technology ecosystems. (preferred)
