Responsibilities
- Conduct legal and regulatory research on healthcare, privacy, employment, and corporate law topics.
- Assist with reviewing, organizing, and tracking contracts and legal documents
- Support compliance and policy-related projects
- Organize and maintain legal files, templates, and records
- Attend meetings with internal departments and observe legal/business discussions when appropriate
- Assist with special projects assigned by the General Counsel or legal team
- Monitor developments in healthcare regulations and industry trends
- Provide general administrative support to the legal department
- Current undergraduate student or recent graduate interested in attending law school
- Strong academic performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
- Gain exposure to in-house legal department operations, healthcare/privacy regulations, contract lifecycle management, corporate compliance practices, and legal risk analysis within a corporate environment
- Develop professional communication skills while collaborating with internal stakeholders across departments
