Family Law and Estate Planning Legal Assistant

• Typical work includes supporting estate planning matters, family law cases, drafting legal documents, managing case files, calendaring deadlines, communicating with clients, and assisting attorneys through all phases of a case.

Qualifications:

• Have a minimum of 2 years of Legal Assistant experience
• Washington Family Law and/or Estate Planning experience preferred
• Experience in a law firm setting preferred
• Case management experience is a plus
• Self-motivated
• Detail-oriented
• Strong work ethic
• Calm in stressful situations
• Exudes professionalism and reliability
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Compensation & Job Type:

• $40,000 - $50,000 per year
• Full Time Hourly Non-Exempt
• The exact salary within the specified salary range will depend on experience and skill level with additional monthly bonus opportunities available
