Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Supervisor to provide both direct clinical services and administrative leadership within our organization. This role is a hybrid position, requiring expertise in individual and group therapy, as well as administrative oversight and collaboration with the Clinical Director to enhance clinical operations. The ideal candidate is a licensed mental health professional with specialized experience in addiction recovery, and dual diagnosis treatment.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities

Conduct individual therapy sessions for clients struggling with addiction, recovery, and co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and ADHD as needed.

Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on addiction recovery, relapse prevention, trauma-informed care, and coping strategies for co-occurring disorders as needed.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address addiction recovery alongside mental health needs, with Lead Therapist.

Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care to support client progress.

Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Administrative Responsibilities

Assist in clinical and administrative decision-making related to client care and service deliver, in collaboration with Clinical Director

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies.

Provide guidance and mentorship to therapists and support staff regarding best practices in addiction recovery and dual diagnosis treatment.

Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives to enhance addiction and mental health services.

Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with the Clinical Director to develop and implement best practices in addiction treatment and co-occurring disorder care.

Act as a liaison between therapists, administrative staff, and leadership to ensure smooth clinical operations.

Attend and contribute to staff meetings, case consultations, and training sessions on addiction recovery, trauma, and mental health.

Qualifications

Licensed as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent in WI.

Master or Doctorate in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

Experience providing individual and group therapy in addiction and dual-diagnosis treatment settings.

Strong administrative and organizational skills with experience in clinical decision-making.

Expertise in treating addiction, anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and ADHD.

Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and clinical staff.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation standards.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a leadership or administrative role.

Specialized training in trauma-informed care, EMDR, or other advanced therapeutic modalities.

Experience in program development or quality improvement initiatives for addiction and mental health services.
