We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Group Therapist/Facilitator to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for someone with strong group facilitation experience and a passion for supporting individuals in recovery. This is a part time Evening role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate therapeutic groups for clients in both Residential and IOP levels of care
- Lead evening IOP sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in clinical meetings and complete required documentation
- Credentialed as: SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC , LCP-IT, LPC, LMFT-IT, LMFT, APSW, LCSW
- Experience running or co-facilitating therapeutic groups for clients with substance use disorders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for recovery work
