What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee all clinical programming and services
- Supervise and support therapists, case managers, and clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accrediting standards
- Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and supervision
- Maintain oversight of documentation, treatment planning, and EMR compliance
- Participate in treatment team meetings and clinical decision-making
- Collaborate with medical, operations, and executive leadership
- Support admissions and utilization review when needed
- Drive program development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide on-call support as needed
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health or related field
- Active independent clinical license in Wisconsin (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar)
- Clinical leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Experience in behavioral health, substance use, or co-occurring treatment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards (preferred)
