What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office/Administrative Assistant (Medical Background) position at Well Health Labs?
We are Medical Laboratory seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be skilled with working with our administrative team to ensure that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. We're looking candidates who are highly organized, committed to hard work and professional excellence.
This position requires sorting and scanning mail, answering phone calls, requesting required information from clients, responding to emails, entering data in the laboratory LIMS system and other administrative duties. This will include creating client profiles, filing client paperwork, sorting supplies and assisting with other administrative tasks.
The candidate must be tech savvy as this position is heavily electronically and cloud based.
Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
