Welcome Home Care is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Client Supervisor to support clients, caregivers, and families throughout our service area.

This leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring high-quality care for seniors in their homes.

Pay: $24-27 /hour, depending on experience.

Schedule: Full-time

What You'll Do

• Conduct client assessments and coordinate new client admissions
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Support and supervise caregivers through regular communication and supervisory visits
• Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns proactively
• Coordinate schedules and ensure reliable service delivery
• Maintain documentation and support compliance with agency policies and state regulations
• Participate in community outreach and on-call support rotation

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in healthcare, home care, social services, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
