Job Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Duties

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and in hard copy
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement activities

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Good Drive
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Office experience
  • Administrative experience
  • Phone etiquette

This Office Administrator position requires a candidate with a strong background in office management, excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in QuickBooks, experience in event planning, and the ability to manage vendors and budgets effectively.

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Administrator to be a part of our wonderful team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative duties such as designing, processing and creating documents that are used in the company. This is a full-time position with flexibility to work from the office and virtual at some point after training. Starting pay is negotiable based on experience and other factors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
