The Electrical Foreman - Industrial is responsible for organization and field management of electrical projects and implementing measures to increase the company’s effectiveness and efficiency.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Run industrial or water wastewater projects ranging from $5M - $10M
- Provide leadership, organization, and field management for 2 or more Foreman and 10-30 journeymen and apprentices
- Start and manage special projects including Controlled Take-Offs, material and labor budgets, correct phasing, time reporting, daily logs, and scheduled meetings
- Continuously train and develop your teams to ensure employee retention and company effectiveness and efficiency
- Manage daily production, safe installation methods, quality control, and high morale of your journeyman and apprentices
- Strengthen existing client, vendor, and team relationships, and build new ones
- Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships
- 6 years’ documented work in electrical industrial or water wastewater construction
- 2 -4 years' of prior supervisory experience
- Possess a growth-focused mindset and a passion for teaching and developing your teams
- Possess a current Colorado State electrical journeyman license
- Be willing to get LEED and NICET Leve 2 certifications with commensurate compensation increases
