This part-time role involves creating a welcoming office environment and being the face of our brokerage while helping support real estate professionals as they grow their businesses and creating a welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities
· Greet clients, vendors, and visitors in a professional manner
· Answer and direct incoming phone calls
· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
· Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room usage
· Assist real estate agents with administrative support as needed
· Ensure confidentiality of client and company information
· Support day-to-day office operations, marketing support, and special projects
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
· Real estate office experience is a plus
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office technology
· Professional appearance and positive attitude
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Social media and marketing support experience
Preferred Skills
· Familiarity with MLS systems or real estate software
· Calendar management and scheduling experience
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively
