National trial firm seeking a strong litigation paralegal to join their Atlanta office. This position will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. Candidates MUST have experience on the defense side and a stable work history. Must have applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures, the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, and strong communication skills along with attention to detail.
