Key Responsibilities
- Review, redline, draft, and negotiate procurement contracts such as NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and order forms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal playbooks and compliance standards.
- Manage and maintain the centralized contract repository, tracking renewals, deliverables, deadlines, and approval workflows.
- Coordinate internal reviews, due diligence, and approvals with teams such as Information Security, Risk, Privacy, Finance, and Procurement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendor negotiations and oversee end-to-end contract execution.
- Support the full contract lifecycle by collaborating closely with legal, finance, risk, and procurement operations teams.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding contract process, obligations, and policy requirements.
- Prepare contract summaries, reporting metrics, and risk analyses for leadership review.
- Contribute to the enhancement of standard templates, clauses, workflows, and operational policies.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations and documentation standards.
- Assist in issue resolution and escalation of complex contract matters as necessary.
- Stay informed on legal, regulatory, and industry updates impacting procurement and contracting practices.
- Hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management tools and e-signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign, CLM systems).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with legal teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously in a high-volume environment.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Paralegal certification is an advantage.
- 5 years of experience in contract administration or procurement contracting.
- Strong understanding of contract law concepts, risk management, and compliance.
- Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, or similar regulatory frameworks preferred.
- Experience supporting global procurement or legal functions strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Full-time | Mid-Senior Level (5-7 years experience)
