What You'll Own
- Lead full-stack development of the AI agent platform from architecture to production.
- Design and implement autonomous AI agents capable of executing complex business workflows.
- Make high-impact technical decisions that influence the product roadmap and platform scalability.
- Establish and maintain engineering best practices as the team grows.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure platform stability and reliability.
- Continuously optimize workflows, agent performance, and platform efficiency.
Required:
- Strong experience with TypeScript and Python, with a track record of shipping production features.
- Hands-on experience building agentic workflows or ReAct-style AI agents.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment, moving fast while maintaining code quality.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar).
- Experience with event-driven architectures and workflow orchestration.
- Passion for AI and keen interest in emerging AI technologies.
- Prior experience in fast-paced, high-growth startups.
- Expertise in evaluating, optimizing, and maintaining AI workflows.
- Knowledge of building scalable distributed systems or real-time data pipelines.
