What You’ll Be Doing
As an MIT, you’ll rotate through the core pillars of our business to understand the "how" and the "why" behind what we do.
- Field Mastery: Learning the technical side of lawn care and agronomics.
- Customer Experience: Building relationships and providing expert advice to our neighbors. Serve our customers in communities such as Longmeadow, Westfield, South Hadley, Suffield, and surrounding areas.
- Leadership Development: Mentoring team members and learning the operational side of a multi-million-dollar brand.
- Strategic Growth: Assisting in sales and marketing efforts to expand our local footprint.
