We're growing over 20% each year and are looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to help lead our Lawn Care Operations team. What You'll Do
As Assistant Branch Manager, you'll work alongside the Branch Manager to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional service for our customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with the daily management of Lawn Care Operations
- Interview, Train, coach, and supervise Licensed Lawn Care Technicians
- Ensure quality service standards and production goals are consistently met
- Monitor employee performance and maintain accountability through coaching and progressive discipline
- Conduct performance reviews and department meetings
- Ensure all technician licensing and certifications remain current and compliant with company, state, and federal requirements
- Help develop future leaders while creating a positive, team-oriented culture
- Direct door to door marketing, -supervise a door to door, lead generation campaign in the off season
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in lawn care, turf management, horticulture, agronomy, landscaping, or a related green industry
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Experience developing production plans and managing daily operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Required licenses or certifications as required by state and federal regulations

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
