Weed Man is looking for an experienced Lead Irrigation Technician to help build our irrigation division from the ground up. What You'll Do
- Install new residential and commercial irrigation systems
- Diagnose and repair irrigation systems of all types
- Perform system startups, inspections, adjustments, and winterization services
- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, valve, controller, and wiring issues
- Deliver exceptional workmanship and outstanding customer service on every job
- Work independently while efficiently managing your daily schedule
- Help recruit, train, and mentor another irrigation technician as the department grows
- Assist in developing the processes and standards that will shape our irrigation division
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of professional irrigation experience preferred
- Strong background in installation, repair, troubleshooting, startups, and winterization
- Ability to read irrigation plans and diagnose complex system issues
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Leadership qualities with a desire to mentor and develop others
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
