Position Summary
Wee Care is hiring a part-time, onsite Care Coordination Support Specialist in Goodyear, AZ to keep care coordination records accurate, current, and audit-ready. This entry-level role exists to strengthen documentation follow-through so Care Coordinators can stay focused on direct coordination and member relationships.
Key responsibilities include requesting and tracking missing documentation, consistent follow-up until receipt, uploading/organizing records, completing system updates, maintaining trackers/status logs, and performing quality checks for completeness and accuracy.
Required qualifications/skills:
- Direct Care experience (required)
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and deadline-aware
- Accurate data entry and strong organization
- Clear, professional communication for follow-ups
- Experience in administrative support, healthcare documentation, scheduling, compliance tracking, or records management (preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
Pay: $18–$21/hour; part-time 28 hours/week; Monday–Friday with flexible scheduling between 8:00am–5:30pm. Apply today to be considered.
A Typical Shift
Your day is structured around keeping documentation moving after visits and planning meetings. You’ll start by reviewing what came in overnight, then prioritize outstanding items by due date and flag anything that could delay file completion. Midday, you’ll coordinate quick check-ins with Care Coordinators to confirm meeting outcomes and ensure notes, goals, and tasks are reflected in the system. Throughout the afternoon, you’ll reconcile trackers with what’s been received, spot gaps that need clarification, and prepare files so they’re easy to verify during quality reviews. You’ll wrap up by updating statuses and setting the next follow-up touchpoints so nothing falls through.
