This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing revenue strategy, sales performance, client experience, and the development of our sales and event planning team. What You’ll Do
- Lead a High-Performing Sales Team - You’ll hire, train, motivate, and develop a talented team that embodies our core values and delivers an outstanding client experience.
- Drive Revenue & Growth - You’ll oversee pricing, utilization, discounting, and rate strategy — ensuring strong conversion and maximizing event revenue across weddings and non-wedding events.
- Strengthen Client & Community Relationships - You’ll re-engage past clients, build new partnerships in the local market, and foster long-term vendor relationships that enhance our guest experience.
- Support Beautiful Events From Start to Finish - From initial consultations to final planning meetings, you’ll ensure each couple feels supported, informed, and excited for their event.
- Collaborate Across the Property - You’ll work closely with Marketing, Operations, and the Regional Manager to ensure smooth communication and flawless event execution.
