Pub Service Staff/Beverage Cart Attendant

Wedgewood Weddings is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Pub & Grille Servers and Golf Beverage Cart Attendants. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in our pub, restaurant, concession areas, and out on the golf course—delivering exceptional service wherever our guests need you most!

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Outstanding Guest Service

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure every visitor has a memorable experience.

• Engage with customers by taking accurate food and beverage orders and providing friendly, timely service in the pub, grille, concession areas, and on the golf course.

Beverage Cart Service

• Operate the beverage cart on the course, offering efficient on-the-go refreshments to players.

• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized cart; restock as needed and track inventory.

• Recommend beverages and snacks, upselling when appropriate.

• Uphold all alcohol service regulations for responsible beverage handling.

Food & Beverage Service

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic beverages with professionalism.

• Assist with basic kitchen duties such as food prep using the deep fryer and grill.

• Support pub and concession operations by keeping supplies stocked and maintaining cleanliness.

Transaction & Operations Support

• Process payments accurately and balance cash throughout your shift using a POS system.

• Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Support special events and golf tournaments, including beverage station setup and breakdown.

• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Team Collaboration & Standards

• Work closely with fellow team members to maintain a positive, efficient work environment.

• Uphold Wedgewood Weddings’ service standards across all areas of operation.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or customer service required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused mindset.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

• Knowledge of safe food handling and responsible alcohol service practices.

• Familiarity with golf etiquette or golf course operations is a plus.

• Comfortable operating a POS system; basic math skills required.

• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
