Wedgewood Weddings is looking to hire an Operations Manager, managing ordering scheduling, and servicing weddings receptions, social and corporate events and more!
A Wedgewood Weddings Operations Manager is responsible for all the event and behind the scene operations! They partner with our General Manager to manage all ordering, inventory, hiring and training, and manage our event staff to execute flawless weddings! We look for people with magnetic, high-energy personalities who have outstanding interpersonal skills and organizational habits. A successful Operations Manager makes sure that every detail and step is addressed and completely accurately, every time! A Wedgewood Weddings Operations Manager must also have the genuine empathy needed to lead our event staff with kindness, leadership and professionalism. Qualified candidates must embrace office/administrative work along with “Day Of” madness.
Remember, we work when our clients and guests play, so weekend and evening availability is required. Naturally, qualified Operations Manager candidates have a positive attitude!
