What You’ll Do
- Own the Customer Ladder – move clients from users ? champions ? referrers
- Lead strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with impact-driven insights
- Identify white space opportunities and recommend service expansions
- Launch and manage our "Gold Partner" client tier model
- Train and empower clients to become active referrers
- 30% increase in multi-service adoption
- 25% reduction in time-to-upgrade
- 2 client referrals per quarter
- 60% of clients become raving fans by year-end
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 3–5 years in client success, account strategy, or growth roles
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to uncover opportunities and lead high-impact client conversations
- Experience with referral programs or partner enablement is a plus
