Regional Growth Strategist (Operations Manager)

This is not a “keep the trains running” operations role.

This is for someone who understands how multi-unit businesses grow —

and knows how to scale them intentionally, systematically, and profitably.

What You’ll Do-

You’ll help design and optimize how ShotVet grows — across multiple markets, teams, and moving pieces.

You’ll:

• Analyze markets and identify where and how we should expand
• Build structured plans for new region launches and route optimization
• Develop and track KPIs that actually drive performance
• Partner with field leaders to improve execution across multiple units
• Identify performance gaps and implement scalable solutions
• Turn ambiguity into clear frameworks, priorities, and action plans

You won’t just ask “what’s next?”

You’ll ask “what’s the smartest, most scalable way to do this across 20 locations?”

You’re likely a:

• Multi-unit operator who understands how to drive consistency across locations
• KPI-driven leader — you know what to measure and how to improve it

What You’ve Likely Done

• 3–7 years in operations, strategy, or multi-unit leadership roles
• Experience managing or supporting multi-location / field-based teams
• Built and managed KPIs, scorecards, or performance systems
• Successfully improved performance across multiple units or regions
• Motivated teams and driven results through influence, not force

• You’ve helped scale a growing business or new markets
• You’re comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution
