Client Relations Manager

Are you a relationship builder with a knack for turning happy clients into loyal champions and referrers? WeCare tlc, a woman-owned, mission driven healthcare company is looking for a Client Relations Manager to drive strategic client growth, expand service adoption, and turn customer love into lasting partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to shape client relations & business development for an industry disruptor in employer-sponsored advanced primary care.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their goals and challenges.
• Serve as the voice of the client within the organization, relaying feedback and insights to services development
• Own the Customer Ladder - move clients from users > champions > referrers.
• Lead strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with impact-driven insights.
• Identify white space opportunities and recommend service expansions.
• Launch and manage our "Gold Partner" client tier model.
• Train and empower clients to become active referrers.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 3-5 years in client success, account strategy, or growth roles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to uncover opportunities and lead high-impact client conversations.
• Experience with referral programs or partner enablement is a plus.
