This position is responsible for supporting the Wildcat Advantage and HIEE Initiatives Specialist and student engagement in the HIEEs Pay Program by strategizing and implementing a marketing and outreach plan; performing data entry and management; processing applications and coordinating onboarding paperwork; providing student support (managing emails, appointments, and Zoom meetings); recruiting students to participate in the program; assisting with student trainings; supporting students in engaging with high-impact programs; coordinating social media; and completing other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Must be a current Weber State University student.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Presentation skills (the ability to present and speak effectively with students).
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week (20 hours per week preferred)
- Marketing experience and knowledge (creating goals, recruiting students to join programs, etc.).
- Strong computer skills (i.e., Microsoft suites, Gmail, etc.).
- Telephone skills.
- Data entry experience.
- Basic Customer service skill and office organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn new technology.
- Work-study eligible student
