Pay Grade Salary Hourly Pay Rate $ 12.00 FLSA Job Summary/Basic Function
The costume rental agent will be responsible for all costume rentals for the Costume Studio. This includes meeting with institutions that are renting, preparing rentals, billing paperwork, restocking rentals, and keeping costume storage organized and clean.
In addition, they will have the opportunity to instruct and supervise practicum students who signed up to complete hours in the Studio.
Required Qualifications
Must be a current WSU student. Must be a Theatre Major with an emphasis on Costume Design. Must have a minimum of 1 year working in a costume shop. Must have a good customer service and organizational skills.
This position is 50/50 eligible, student must be enrolled full-time and have at least a 2.0 GPA in order to qualify.
Preferred Qualifications
It is recommended that applicant has completed (with a passing grade) the Costume History, Costume Design, and Costume Technologies courses.
