Our National Territory Managers are not seen as sales reps, but as authorities in their field. They share their trade knowledge so partners turn to them for advice to increase their profitability. They are experts on their accounts and craft accurate forecasts accounting for the probability of prospective new business. They are our partners’ main point of contact and have the backing of a knowledgeable and supportive team.

Weber Industries is one of the last family-owned pump companies in the United States. We are a growing company that manufactures and assembles pumps at our facility in St. Louis, MO. Since 1952, our brand, Webtrol, has been known for its quality pumps and solid track record in the water supply industry.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and in-person visits.
- Identify viable leads, manage prospects and acquire new, profitable commercial and industrial customers and close sales.
- Foster relationships within existing partners.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve all territory issues and concerns.
- Construct precise sales forecast and pipeline.
- Compose an accurate and current account picture in ERP system.
- We are looking for a spirited individual who has the ambition to succeed.
- You must believe in providing an unsurpassed customer experience.
- You need to be self-motivated, be your own boss, and not be micro-managed.
