Job Description
Weber Industries, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic, detail oriented, customer-focused individual, who possesses a positive, team-first attitude to assist customers on a daily basis. This individual will be responsible for setting and ensuring that the customers’ expectations are always met.
General Responsibilities
We are looking for a team player who is focused on serving our customers. Applicants must understand the importance and urgency in providing customers with accurate information. Previous customer service experience, including data entry is a must. If you feel that you meet the outlined skills, we offer superb compensation, as well as a 401k retirement plan and health benefits package.

Customer Support Team Member
Job Description
Weber Industries, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic, detail oriented, customer-focused individual, who possesses a positive, team-first attitude to assist customers on a daily basis. This individual will be responsible for setting and ensuring that the customers’ expectations are always met.
General Responsibilities
- Entry of customer orders
- Efficiently assist customers with inquiries via phone, online chat, or email
- Processing freight bills from various carriers
- Investigate customer freight issues
- Work with logistics companies to ensure on time deliveries
- Communicate customer concerns to management
- Assist sales staff with various inquiries
- Other duties as assigned by manager
