What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Service Worker 2 - Warehouse position at Weber Human Services?
The Aging Services Department of Weber Human Services (WHS) is located in Ogden, Utah. WHS was organized by a cooperative agreement between the Weber and Morgan County governments to serve as a local authority for provision of their substance abuse, mental health and senior (Aging) services.
We provide opportunities and support for the senior citizens of Weber and Morgan Counties to increase their quality of life and extend their independence. Our programs are delivered with sensitivity to the frail elderly and those who have the greatest social and economic needs.

This position is located at our Aging Nutrition Kitchen. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to keep the food warehouse organized and clean. You will be responsible for receiving food deliveries, organizing these deliveries and rotating stock to keep things fresh. You will also help package meals for our meals on wheels team to deliver to home bound seniors. You will also help kitchen prep by bringing food items when needed. You will work with some of the best people on the planet that make it their goal to give back to the community.
You must be able to work independently in a timely and efficient manner.
Must have a valid food handler's permit from the local health department. (We can help you get this if you don't have one yet. )
Must be clean and practice personal good hygiene habits and follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
