What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN - (Temporary Full Time - NOC shift) position at Weatherly Inn?
Weatherly Inn is seeking an LPN to fill a full-time NOC Shift (10:00pm-8:00am) in our beautiful senior living community. LPN will be working in both our Assisted Living and Memory Care departments and the Schedule is a 4 day on, 4 day off rotating schedule and will be a temporary position for a minimum of 6 weeks with the possibility of transitioning to Full Time. Interested candidates must be organized, have leadership experience and be compassionate, with a heart for caring for seniors. Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
- Coordinate resident care with nurse manager and nursing staff; chart changes in resident condition.
- Set up, dispense and document scheduled medications and treatments.
- Document vital signs and observation of behavioral, physical and mental changes.
- Process new physician orders.
- Oversee caregivers and assist as needed.
Nurse (LPN) Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: GED or High School Graduation required, College Degree preferred.
- Current Washington State nursing license required.
- Proficient in nursing, critical-thinking, documentation, leadership and supervision.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Pay: $40.00 - $41.00 per hour
