What You'll Do
As Our Weekend LPN, You'll Serve As A Clinical Leader And Trusted Resource For Residents, Families, Caregivers, And Healthcare Providers.
Responsibilities Include:

Monitoring Resident Health Status And Responding To Changes In Condition

Managing Diabetic Care, Including Blood Glucose Monitoring And Insulin Administration

Coordinating Communication With Physicians, Home Health Agencies, Pharmacies, And Other Healthcare Partners

Building Positive Relationships With Residents And Their Families

Participating In Care Planning And Interdisciplinary Team Meetings

Providing Clinical Oversight, Guidance, And Support To Caregivers And Medication Technicians

Ensuring Resident Care Is Delivered With Dignity, Compassion, And Excellence

What We're Looking For

Current Washington State LPN License In Good Standing
