  What You'll Do

  As Our Weekend LPN, You'll Serve As A Clinical Leader And Trusted Resource For Residents, Families, Caregivers, And Healthcare Providers.

  Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring Resident Health Status And Responding To Changes In Condition

  • Managing Diabetic Care, Including Blood Glucose Monitoring And Insulin Administration

  • Coordinating Communication With Physicians, Home Health Agencies, Pharmacies, And Other Healthcare Partners

  • Building Positive Relationships With Residents And Their Families

  • Participating In Care Planning And Interdisciplinary Team Meetings

  • Providing Clinical Oversight, Guidance, And Support To Caregivers And Medication Technicians

  • Ensuring Resident Care Is Delivered With Dignity, Compassion, And Excellence

  • Supporting Compliance With State Regulations And Community Policies

  • Promoting A Positive, Resident-Centered Culture Throughout The Community

  What We're Looking For

  • Current Washington State LPN License In Good Standing

  • Knowledge Of Nursing Practices, Medication Administration, And Geriatric Care

  • Strong Assessment And Critical Thinking Skills

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Abilities

  • Ability To Remain Calm, Organized, And Effective In A Fast-Paced Environment

  • Dependable, Compassionate, And Team-Oriented Approach

  • High Level Of Professionalism And Attention To Detail

  • Experience In Assisted Living, Memory Care, Behavioral Health, Or Long-Term Care Preferred

  • Therapeutic Options And Hand In Hand Training Is A Plus
