    • 💼 Marketing Experience Required – Experience working with U.S.-based clients and campaigns

Your Responsibilities Include

  • 📊 Project Management & Team Coordination
    • Act as the central operator across the business—bridging communication between founders and the team
    • Track all projects, tasks, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met without constant follow-up
    • Maintain a clean, structured, and up-to-date workspace in Notion
    • Monitor team output and proactively address bottlenecks or delays before they escalate
  • 📧 Email & Communication Management
    • Own and manage multiple inboxes—prioritizing, organizing, and responding where needed
    • Ensure timely follow-ups after meetings, including sending files, summaries, and next steps
    • Create systems for inbox organization so nothing critical is missed
    • Monitor Slack and surface high-priority messages to keep the team aligned
  • 🧠 Founder Support & Priority Management
    • Provide clear daily updates summarizing key actions, priorities, and deadlines
    • Keep founders focused by redirecting attention to high-impact tasks
    • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise
    • Act as a strong operator who can respectfully push back and maintain structure
  • 📈 Marketing Operations & Reporting
    • Pull, organize, and interpret marketing data across multiple platforms
    • Prepare concise reports and summaries for leadership before key meetings
    • Track performance metrics like ad spend, revenue, and ROAS
    • Ensure campaigns and backend systems are running smoothly and accurately
  • 📅 Calendar & Meeting Management
    • Manage a high-volume calendar—scheduling, rescheduling, and protecting focus time
    • Join key internal meetings to capture notes, decisions, and action items
    • Translate discussions into clear, trackable tasks for the team
  • 📂 Systems, SOPs & Organization
    • Build and document SOPs to improve consistency and scalability
    • Turn unstructured processes (e.g., Loom recordings) into organized workflows
    • Continuously improve internal systems for efficiency and clarity
  • 🎬 File & Content Operations
    • Manage file uploads, organization, and storage for content and media assets
    • Ensure all files are properly labeled, accessible, and aligned with workflows
