About the Role
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who’s ready to jump into the fast-paced world of a growing startup.
This isn’t a traditional admin role…. It's a high-impact position that sits at the center of Cadre AI’s leadership and culture. You’ll work directly with our CEO to manage priorities, streamline communication internally and externally, and keep things running smoothly day-to-day. You’ll also collaborate closely with our Culture & Operations Lead to help make the company more connected, organized, and fun to be part of. Our previous EA worked with the CEO for 6 years and has since moved into a key strategic operations role, so this is a unique opportunity to step into a trusted seat, learn a ton quickly, and grow alongside the company.

What You’ll Do
Executive Support
- Manage and organize the CEO’s email inbox - prioritize, track, and keep communication flowing.
- Coordinate a busy and constantly shifting calendar.
- Book meetings with internal and external parties for the CEO.
- Prepare meeting briefs, notes, and manage follow-ups to keep things on track.
- Track ongoing projects, deliverables, and priorities so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Handle travel logistics and day-to-day coordination
Office & Operations Support
- Partner with the leadership and culture teams to keep the office vibes fun and moving.
- Help manage receipts, expenses, and light budgeting.
- Jump into team initiatives, offsites, and events - you’re the person who makes sure it all comes together.
- Spot opportunities to improve workflows and bring new ideas to the table.
