You’ll serve as a point of contact for clients, helping them navigate available health coverage options while delivering a professional and positive experience. This role combines relationship building, account support, and client communication.

Your Responsibilities
- Work directly with new and existing clients
- Learn about individual client needs
- Provide information regarding available services and coverage
- Assist clients throughout the account process
- Answer questions and provide continued support
- Participate in ongoing team training
