Job Description
Wealthy Healthy is seeking driven, outgoing individuals to join our Tampa team as Call Center Sales Representatives in Health Insurance Sales.
In this role, you'll communicate directly with prospective clients over the phone, learn about their individual health coverage needs, explain available insurance options, and help them identify coverage suited to their situation.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, motivated by goals, and enjoys working directly with people. Previous insurance or sales experience is not required. We provide hands-on paid training designed to help you learn the industry, strengthen your communication skills, and develop into a successful sales professional.
What You'll Do
- Speak directly with prospective health insurance clients by phone
- Identify individual coverage needs through conversation
- Present and explain available health insurance options
- Help clients compare coverage options
- Recommend coverage based on individual needs
- Guide clients through the enrollment process
- Maintain consistent communication and sales follow-up
- Build professional relationships with prospective clients
