Tucker Insurance Group is looking for motivated individuals to join our Tampa team in an Entry Level Health Insurance Sales and Account Management role.
No previous insurance experience is required. We provide hands-on paid training designed to teach you the fundamentals of health insurance sales, client communication, account management, and enrollment.
As an Entry Level Account Manager, you'll work directly with individuals to understand their health coverage needs, explain available insurance options, and provide ongoing support throughout the client relationship.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with prospective and existing health insurance clients
- Learn to assess individual health coverage needs
- Educate clients on available health insurance options
- Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
- Manage client communication and follow-up
