LPN Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care in line with each resident’s care plan, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
Supervise and support Nursing Assistants in day-to-day resident care.
Monitor resident conditions, complete focused assessments, and promptly notify the physician and RN of changes.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.
Schedules and Shifts
12-hour shifts available 6pm-6:15am

LPN Qualifications
Nursing degree from an accredited program.
Current, active, unencumbered Tennessee LPN license.
