Key Responsibilities
- Manage luxury ground-up and remodeling projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field operations.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, quality, and project progress.
- Work closely with homeowners, architects, and designers.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and change orders.
Requirements
- Proven Project Management experience within residential construction.
- Experience with luxury custom homes and/or high-end remodeling projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and project delivery.
