CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

COLUMBUS, OH

We are working with a well-established and growing Commercial General Contractor in Columbus, OH that is looking to hire an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Superintendent who enjoys leading ground-up commercial construction projects and wants to work with a company that values its employees and offers a strong compensation and benefits package.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day site operations from project start through completion

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel

• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget

• Maintain project schedules and monitor construction progress

• Conduct site meetings and communicate updates with project stakeholders

• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards

• Perform quality control inspections and ensure work meets project specifications

• Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities

REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years of Superintendent experience with a Commercial General Contractor

• Proven experience delivering ground-up commercial construction projects

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations

• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades on-site

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• OSHA certification preferred

• Stable work history with successful project delivery experience
