ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER - Construction
We Search People are looking for a Assistant Construction Project Manager to join our client based in their Glen Burnie, MD office.
They are a very well established, award winning Commercial General Contractor, who are offering a long-term permanent position working within an excellent culture. This role is paying an excellent basic salary in addition to a generous benefits package and bonus.
THE ROLE
The APM will report into the Project Manager and be responsible for assisting the overall construction management of ground-up, remodel, and interior improvement projects. The project types include but are not limited to ‘Ground Up’ AND Interior Fit-Out of Retail, Restaurants, Hotel & Hospitality, Leisure Facilities, Medical, etc.
The Assistant Project Manager must be professional, integrity-minded, and a personable leader committed to the overall objective and self-development within the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for this position you will possess the following skills, attributes, and abilities:
- Experience as an APM within the Construction industry
- Excellent attitude and communication skills. Someone who is a real 'go getter' and wants to learn & grow
- College or university degree in a construction-related field is desirable
- Must understand construction terms, scheduling, and planning
- Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Excel, etc.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
This role is paying an excellent basic salary in addition to a generous benefits package and bonus.
Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
