Construction Assistant Project Manager - Commercial
Location: Atlanta, GA
Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 benefits
Our client is an award winning, family owned general contractor, specializing in commercial projects such as education, multifamily, healthcare, senior living etc.
They are on the lookout for an experienced Assistant Project Manager and Project Managers to join them on a permanent basis. The right candidate MUST have commercial experience!
Our client are a mid-size GC with focus on ground up and interior projects - due to big growth they adding the best to their team!
This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits & bonuses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple large-scale projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
This role is paying an excellent basic salary in addition to bonus & a generous benefits package.
