What you’ll do
- Greet visitors warmly and manage front desk operations with professionalism.
- Handle incoming calls on multi-line phone systems, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining an efficient office environment.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and financial record-keeping.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage calendars for team members, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings effectively.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Basic qualifications
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated clerical experience in an office setting.
Preferred qualifications

- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus.
