Office Clerk
We are an Import/Export company looking to add an entry level Office Clerk to assist our team as we enter our busy season. If you are hard-working and dedicated, this is an opportunity to contribute to our team.
Responsibilities for Office Clerk
- Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
- Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate individuals
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc)
- Utilize office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc. and computers for word processing and spreadsheet creation
- Assistance with data entry when required
- Able to support additional departments as called upon
- Additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications for Office Clerk
- High School diploma required
- 1 years' experience in a clerical position
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic mathematics principles
- Working knowledge of office devices and processes
- Understanding of MS Office
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Customer-service oriented
- Fast typist with excellent multitasking abilities
- Must be bilingual (fluent Spanish)
- Great Attitude!
- Air & Ocean Coordinator(entry level)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
